八度空间《全能主持人募集令》3强出炉，Chrystina黄玮瑄、Jeff林志桀和Nimal卜暐洛直呼梦想成真，首次当上电视主持人的他们表示，虽然有压力，但已做好准备接下主持棒哦！

个子娇小且滔滔不绝的Chrystina将加入《八八六十事》主持群，与叶俊岑、小玉和谢承伟等人一同主持；长得一副混血儿脸孔的Jeff则将与李欣怡搭档，主持全新一季的《时代达人》；而反应敏捷的Nimal将在前辈Desmond郑瑞钥的带领下，主持《启航》第二季，一同探讨关于华社的点点滴滴。

三名新主持人在记者会上对于前辈赞不绝口，并深信将在他们的身上学习到很多关于主持的知识。Jeff说，新一季《时》已经开始拍摄，可以和欣怡一起主持感到非常开心。“欣怡是一个很有经验的主持人，在她身上可以学习到很多相关知识；她坦言对我会要求比较严苛，也给我很多建议，为的就是希望节目以及我本身的呈现和表达方式可以更好。”

主持娱乐新闻《八八六十事》的Chrystina已经开始作功课，加强她本身比较不熟悉的韩流新闻之余，也参考国外的娱乐节目；而Nimal则指出，《启航》第二季预料将在明年1月开始拍摄，目前他正努力的找资料和看书，以更了解华族的历史。对于与前辈主持是否感到压力，三名新丁坦言，压力一定会有，但他们会将压力当推动力，并自觉很幸运可与前辈同台主持。

媒体续问，是否有梦想成真的感觉，三人很大力的点头并异口同声地说：“有！终于（等到了）。”今年25岁的Jeff和Chrystina看到八度空间招募主持人时，都将之当作给自己的最后一次机会（因为年龄的上限为30岁），三人都信奉有梦就要去追的格言，而Nimal更自嘲脸皮厚，小时候的志愿就是要当明星，更被同学笑呢！ Jeff则是三人之中拥有最多舞台经验的人，曾参加新加坡才华洋溢出新秀、电视剧拍摄，也是平面广告模特儿，如今踏上主持路，非常多才多艺；至于Chrystina曾是电台DJ招募活动五强人马，也有丰富的校内主持经验；而Nimal也曾参与DJ选拔活动，并曾担任学校活动主持人，实力不可小觑。

《全能主持人募集令》在今年7月北上南下展开招募活动，吸引了超过600人前来参与试镜活动。3人在接获录取的通知，直呼不敢置信。直至他们与八度空间品牌部经理吴玲玲以及Primeworks Studio中文娱乐部总经理马雅玉见面时，才相信自己入选了。

新年來咯！延續2011年叫好又叫座的《闔家團圓一起發》新年專輯，首要媒體集團旗下3家中文媒體one FM, ntv7 和八度空間在即將來臨的龍年再度聯手推出龍年必買的新年專輯《闔家團圓一起發 2012》。

《闔家團圓一起发 2012》集合了one FM, ntv7 和八度空间共28位演员、主持人、
DJ及終極天王3强为觀衆鬧哄哄開唱，專輯共收錄4首全新創作和6首耳熟能详的舊曲新唱
新年歌，搭配10首精心拍攝的MV，絕對是觀衆今年新年專輯的首選。

專輯中收錄的4首全新創作包括由3臺28位藝人一起溫馨演唱的專輯主打歌《一團和氣》，one FM全臺8位DJ齊唱的《幸福佳節》，配合ntv7 2012年賀嵗電視電影《哈比全家
福》而創作的主題曲《全家福》以及八度空間眾主持和終極天王3强演唱的輕快新曲《送
大禮》。舊曲新唱方面，則包括one FM，ntv7和八度空間各家DJ、演員和主持分別翻唱
的《人逢喜事精神爽》、《新年快樂》和《我們看見了春風》，3臺男藝人幹勁十足演唱
的《紅紅熱鬧閙》、3臺女藝人嬌媚演唱的新年組曲《春天來了+ 數紅包》和紅遍臺灣北

《闔家團圓一起發 2012》在今年6月已經投入選曲，錄音，製作和MV拍攝，和往年一樣，製作過程最棘手的問題就是如何讓工作行程滿檔的各家藝人齊聚一堂。於是，MV拍攝僅能選擇在國慶等公共假日進行24小時不間斷的拍攝，穿上“跨時代”服飾於假日期間現身馬六甲和怡保等熱門旅遊景點拍攝的藝人尷尬表示“自己好像變成旅遊景點的招待小姐或人肉招牌”，任由當地遊客評頭論足和合照。值得一提的是，《闔家團圓一起發 2012》首次挑戰節奏強勁且瑯瑯上口的閩南舞曲《保庇》，爲了配合動感十足的音樂，製作組請舞蹈老師為此歌編舞，更強硬規定平日能說擅演的眾藝人配合練舞，以求拍攝出藝人動感的一面。結果，MV拍攝時，藝人同手同
腳的脫節奏演出，讓導演直呼“高估了大家的舞功”！

《闔家團圓一起發2012》將於2011年11月21日正式在全馬各大唱片行同步上架！。《闔家團圓一起發2012》將推出CD+DVD精裝版，售價RM 29.90, 同時也推出：CD（RM19.90），VCD(RM21.90) ,DVD(RM24.90)。

Hey 8TV peeps!! How ya guys doing?? It's been a while since we last blog any updates on happenings in 8TV.

Well here we are again. Giving you the latest updates on SHOWDOWN 2011. For those who have no idea at all about Showdown 2011, here's the details:

"Showdown 2011, the one-of-a-kind reality dance crew show is back for its second season and is once again taking it raw from the streets. You heard it right – we’ve gotten down and dirty with some of the best local dance crews as they krumped, pumped and dropped moves showing us the coolest street grooves!"

Well get it? It is one of the most anticipated dancing reality show in Malaysia. It is all about fiery jumps, isolation of body parts, flips, hops and crazy head spins. If you yourself are a fanatics or enthusiast to all these, then you definitely can't miss Showdown 2011.

Here's some good news for you all out there.

8TV Showdown will be bringing down some of the best crews selected from Auditions and Battles to the streets again on 30th April 2011. Na-ah. It is not just about bringing them there, but to bring "havock" and "explosions" to the streets.

Oh yes. The crews will be doing a street invasion from one spot to another. Be sure to stay tuned to us to get to know more about which place will get "invaded" by SHOWDOWN 2011!!

Japan was believed to have sunk 2 feet down and shifted more than 12 feet towards Northern America.

Hi all,

But who will Melt at the Meltdown?

Dance fever is definitely in town! The nation’s most-anticipated dance reality show received astounding response when hundreds of aspiring dance crews swarmed the auditions that were held across the country. After three weeks of countless turns, fiery jumps, isolation of body parts, a stage full of flips and crazy head spins, the judges have picked the most outstanding crews who will now compete in the next level, taking them one step closer to earn themselves the Showdown 2011 Champions title.

Showdown 2011, the one-of-a-kind reality dance crew show is back for its second season and is once again taking it raw from the streets. You heard it right – we’ve gotten down and dirty with some of the best local dance crews as they krumped, pumped and dropped moves showing us the coolest street grooves!

The Showdown 2011 crew traveled to three localities around Malaysia in search for the ultimate dance crew. Auditions kicked off in Kuching, on 8th January 2011 at Kompleks Pelancongan Sarawak (Old Court House), Kuching and moved to Aras 2, Novotel Kota Kinabalu 1Borneo, on the 15th of January 2011. The auditions finally made its way for not one but a two day try-out at the 4th Floor Carpark Sungei Wang Plaza, Kuala Lumpur, on the 21st and 22nd of January 2011, followed by the BATTLES on the 23rd of January 2011.

The intensity and heat of the competition soared sky high at the BATTLES as the 34 crews that made it through the auditions scuffled against each other to win a spot in the next round – The Meltdown. Judging the battles were returning SHOWDOWN judges, award-winning rapper/album producer Joe Flizzow of Too Phat as well as renowned dancer/choreographer Maple Loo along side guest judges Zero of Giller Battle Crew and Alam of Wakaka Crew, while DJ FUZZ dropped the hottest beats.

As each crew stepped up to display versatility and strong performing qualities at the Battles, only 23 crews were handpicked to make it to the MELTDOWN. The 23 crews are, Panic, Fulamak Crew, Syko Breakers, Force 136, Da Last Minute Crew, Centreline, EGS Monster, JB Breaker Crew, Bounce Stepperz, Monster Gangz, X13, 1 Reason Crew, Project Elementz, Zoopa Fresh, Dejavu Breakers, Borneo Crew, Elecoldxhot, Blazin Squad, HMC Phlow, Roku Steps, Stepholic and Soulution.

“Showdown 2011 is back! Once again we are searching for the best street dance crew to enliven the dance scene in Malaysia. Our local hip hop and street dance scene has grown by leaps and bounds.” says 8TV’s General Manager, Ms. Lam Swee Kim.

Kim adds: “I believe that there is a lot of talent in our local scene and Showdown 2011 is tailored to uncover them in the most positive approach as well as provide them with the right platform to showcase their talent. We are not just on the look out for a winner in this competition; we are in search for the ultimate dance crew!”

The MELTDOWN that will take place mid February, will see the 23 crews show off their skill and fight to win a spot in the next round as only 12 crews will be given the chance to compete at the Dance Off stages in Kuala Lumpur (LIVE shows), where for 10 weeks they will face the probability of elimination, until the ultimate battle– The Final Showdown.

“This year the energy has multiplied! Its going to be an amazing season! It’s incredible the quantity and quality of young talents we have locally. It’s really good to see young Malaysians looking at street dance from a whole new perspective now. It’s also great to see parents coming forth to support these youngsters in modern day form of art.” said Joe Flizzow, while Maple Loo had nothing but praise for the young talent “The crews pulled off the unthinkable this season. They were challenged to learn numerous routines in short time and most of them didn’t disappoint us, infact many impressed us. I am very proud to see that there is so much skill around. It’s so enlightening to watch young boys and girls have so much passion and pride for dance today.”

八度空间新剧《天幕谜情》

天幕谜情》主要演员左起Emily林佩琦、Josh赖力豪、许雅慧、李晨浩、Angie萧佩莹和Lawrence王冠逸。

赖力豪饱尝艳福3女投怀王冠逸要求制作人加床戏

八度空间新剧《天幕谜情》（暂名）才开拍不久，就安排一众主要演员和媒体打招呼，来自中国、新加坡和大马的俊男美女一字排开，大部分演员都是模特儿出身，让这部以描述模特儿风光背后辛酸的偶像剧更添说服力！

结合大马新晋偶像实力派演员Josh赖力豪、Lawrence王冠逸、Angie萧佩莹和Emily林佩琦，并邀请到来自新加坡的甜姐儿许雅慧，以及中国新生代演员李晨浩助阵，多位演员都是第一次合作，大家都冀望能擦出不一样的火花。

由于剧情牵涉两代之间的恩怨情仇，加上角色之间的纠缠瓜葛，让这部剧出现很多的“亲热戏”，其中Josh更分别与剧中的3位女演员萧佩莹、林佩琦和许雅慧都有复杂的多角关系，更有不少“床戏”，在一旁的王冠逸听闻，立即向在场的制作人喊话“我要加床戏！”

虽然继《浮生劫》后，Lawrence再度演奸角，但是他表示这次的角色跟之前的不一样，而他希望观众们会同情他这位有苦衷的奸角而不是憎恨他。

另外，来自中国的李晨浩第一次来马就参与戏剧的拍摄，让他觉得非常值得，因为有两份收获，除了工作，还能乘机旅游，多认识马来西亚。不过，说话速度比较快的他，被赖力豪戏称“Mr. Quick”，还笑说他除了出话快，吃饭走路也比别人快。

来自新加坡的许雅慧则对自己角色喜欢不已，直说自己的角色非常梦幻。由于在剧中她周旋在Josh 和李晨浩之间，当记者要求她在现实生活中选一位时，让她有点左右为难，后来Lawrence跳出来帮她解围，“她会选我啦！”原来两人在《浮生劫》已经结缘，比较熟悉。

虽然此剧以模特儿事业为主轴，但是模特儿真人秀出身的萧佩莹在剧中却不是饰演模特儿，没得走猫步，她坦言有点小失望。

《天幕谜情》计划在2011年年底播出，这也是八度空间与MM2 Entertainment继《眉飞色舞》、《乐语思情》和《一心忆意》后再一次合作。

签唱会场场爆满《阖家团圆一起发》DVD卖断市赶追加印

由首要媒体集团旗下3家电子媒体Onefm，ntv7和八度空间温馨打造的兔年贺岁专辑《阖家团圆一起发》，集合了30位主持人、艺人、主播和 DJ一起灌录而成。早前一众参与演唱的艺人魅力席卷北马，场场爆满人潮汹涌。在亚罗士打的宣传活动，更因为人太多而把围栏推断脚，卖气、人气皆满分！

配合一连串的宣传活动，观众朋友除了可以透过电台访问听到他们的声音和透过电视节目看到他们的踪影外，一众艺人也牺牲周末的黄金时间北上南下马不停蹄的会见观众朋友，为大家现场演绎充满新春气息的贺岁歌曲，玩游戏送礼物以及为购买专辑的朋友签名合照，答谢大家一路以来的相挺。配合20多场的签唱会，发行商也推出了绝对珍藏版的 CD+DVD，买一送一的优惠只限在签唱会上才购买得到。

专辑在推出市场后反应热烈，在供不应求的情况下，DVD很快就售罄。为了不让大家失望，主办当局承诺会日夜赶工加印，务必让所有人都能买到《阖家团圆一起发》，让充满佳节气氛的MV陪同大家度过岁末，迎接新年。

叶俊岑否认花钱灌票买奖 叶剑锋暗示退出主播台

第一届金视奖已经圆满落幕，八度空间横扫多项非戏剧类奖项，其中包括最佳真人秀、最佳时事节目主播/主持人、最佳杂志性节目、最佳真人秀主持人、最受欢迎电视主持人/主播、最佳综艺娱乐节目以及最佳新晋演员，日前办一场庆功宴慰劳媒体以及得奖人。

最受欢迎电视主持人/主播得主Gary叶俊岑乘着媒体在场，为自己澄清谣传的“灌票买奖论”。他表示：“我听到这样的传闻觉得很伤心，说我用几万来买奖是绝对不可能的，我承认自己掏了50令吉来参加简讯投票给自己支持自己，这也是因为我觉得如果自己都不支持自己的话，实在说不过去。”

交友广阔的Gary在得奖后也豪阔请客，坦诚花了约2千令吉办了约5场庆功宴与家人好友以及同事一同庆功，另外也将其中1千令吉奖金捐给慈善机构为自己积福。

而凭着《贰叁零之役》获得最佳综艺节目奖的梁佑诚，则乘机向电视台的高层表达心意，目前没有主持任何节目的他表示自己随时愿意排除万难回八度空间主持。

双料得主叶剑锋则语带暗示的透露，他已经知道自己的未来的路会朝什么方向去走，幕前不是他的最终站。后来在媒体的追问下，他才表示自己最想回到大学的讲台当讲师。

他感慨的说：“电视台肯给机会的话，我还是会继续主持的，也不是为了赚钱，因为说实在的电视台的工资并没有很高。”他真挚的肺腑之言，真的让现场的人替他捏一班冷汗，毕竟当时电视台的高层都在现场。

歌手出身的罗忆诗在获奖后在后台哭成泪人，让大家很好奇为什么她总是下台后才狂哭，她尴尬的自嘲反应慢。不过当询及凭着迷离单元剧《声空感应》获得最佳新晋演员，会否再接再厉甚至视李心洁为目标成为大马电视鬼后，她戏称除非自己认识当导演的男友。不过，她不否认自己有兴趣进军大荧幕。

而当晚的主持人兼入围者李欣怡则自爆说自己在节目结束后打电话回家时，遭爸爸训话，表示身为大会主持人，不应该在颁奖礼上流露自己的情绪。不过对此她却想借此跟李爸爸澄清，当天晚上她真的全神贯注把焦点放在主持上，当天晚上的表情甚至是呛声，都是主持的一种表现。

另外，身兼制作人和主持人的郑瑞钥表示，又主持又参与节目制作的过程很享受，自己也更能掌握如何去呈现节目，往后更希望能制作更多有素质的节目。小玉则谦虚地把功劳归于幕后的工作人员以及有份参与《终极天团》的参赛者，是所有人的共同努力，才能有这么好的节目呈现给大家。

当天出席的除了一众得奖人外，多位部门主管也有赏脸出席，其中包括八度空间中文品牌部经理吴玲玲、Primeworks Studios中文娱乐总经理马雅玉、首要媒体集团创意部总监邱丰盛、八度空间业务发展部经理法拉珊苏定玎和华语新闻主任陈贞团。

从歌唱界跨足到演艺界，再从制作人摇身一变成为男性服饰设计师，并3度夺下格莱美奖（Grammy Award）的吹牛老爹（Sean “Diddy” Combs）现正积极的透过真人秀节目《老爹组乐团（MAKING HIS BAND）》找寻乐坛新星。吹牛老爹和其专业的制作队伍正努力的寻找一支乐团，成为他“最后一班到巴黎的火车（Last Train To Paris）”巡回演唱会的后备乐团。

在《老爹组乐团》中，吹牛老爹公开招募才华洋溢的乐手、鼓手、吉他手、贝斯手以及键盘手，决意要从美国最优秀的音乐人里头，为自己的音乐专辑和巡回演唱会打造最顶尖的乐队。

在寻找的过程中，吹牛老爹亲自把关，从招募活动到遴选淘汰，他都确保这组即将成为Bad Boy Records旗下的精英乐团能达到他理想中的乐团的标准。

协助吹牛老爹拣选乐团成员的导师包括，纽约著名舞蹈老师Laurie Ann Gibson（也是小猪罗志祥《舞所不在》专辑中的舞蹈老师）、制作人兼填词人Om’Mas Keith、作曲人Rob Lewis、音乐总监Nisan Stewart以及迈克杰逊（Michael Jackson）生前的声乐指导Romeo。

八度空间最有活力，最具互动性的艺人访谈直播节目《八一八星特区》现已正式易名《开心讲讲讲》，并将原为中英双语的节目升华成纯中文娱乐节目，每周邀请来自海外或本地的艺人名人上节目，让观众可以透过简讯与嘉宾聊天、发问问题、现场互动交流等等，与喜欢的艺人做最直接接触。

《开心讲讲讲》是大马少见的电视版简讯聊天室，将于每个星期三中午2点至3点现场直播， Dennis 小丹和Hishiko 吴佩其将轮番上阵主持。受邀的嘉宾范围非常广，从发片歌手、组合、乐团、唱作人、演员、导演、电视主持人、电台主持人、真人秀参赛者等等本地或海外名人都有机会亮相。　

《开心讲讲讲》每周会邀请嘉宾到节目中跟观众分享自己的最新作品和近况，无论是专辑、电视剧、电影、签唱会、歌友会、演唱会等等，观众还可以观赏到歌手们的最新音乐录影，或者看到他们在节目现场展露才华，如清唱、弹吉它，甚至是跳舞等等。

Well hello everyone! Finally, I get to find some time to update this blog after some time ago! So sorry peeps for neglecting this blog and thanks to you guys out there who have been so supporting us even until now! Really appreciate it! And thanks to our dear Alvin for keep posting all the updates! Good job dear! Well, honestly, we've been super busy lately with all of our preparation to continue our studies at UK for a complete degree. I noe! What a journey rite?! =) *Wish us luck everyone! Coz we need it!* ;)

I'm here again today because I'm alwiz into Showdown 2010. The 1st Season ever of Dance Battle Crew organized by 8TV! And I'm super excited to share these info with everyone of you. Well, Showdown 2010 had been airing on 8TV ever since 31st of March till now. And now, the show is gonna storm into KL as in doin it LIVE instead of showin it (pre-recorded) on the TV screen. So, this indirectly gave us the chance to see these crews battle on ground right in front of you instead!

“想唱就唱，唱得响亮！”中国同时段收视率全国第一的中国超级红牌歌唱选秀节目——《快乐男声》首度寻觅海外之星。现在，八度空间与湖南卫视国际频道合力承办，2010年《快乐男声》大马区选手大募集！2010年5月22日及23日，早上10点至下午5点，假吉隆坡太子豪华酒店（Prince Hotel）正式展开《快乐男声》大马区选赛试音活动。表现最优质的五位大马快乐男声将代表马来西亚出征中国，跨进国际大舞台，登上全球娱乐舞台的“海外之星”。。

继《花样少年少女特别版》播毕后，自5月9日起，每逢星期日，下午3点，八度空间「日@八」将全马电视首播由日本新生代女星堀北真希主演的《我家的男孩》，并找来要润、冈田义德、向井理、山本裕典、濑户康史、冈山智树六位人气男星与她配戏。

Hello everyone! Welcome! I kinda tested my creativity part... Therefore, I have changed and re-edited the header myself, yup, all by myself without any help! Few months back, it was Tracy and Lulu, and now, Abang Awzar! *sobs* Abang Azwar has been with 8TV ever since year 2004! My gosh! It's ad 6th year, so, this mean, he ad start workin wif 8TV since 8TV is born!!! Wow~ *salute* And FYI, he's the owner of Crazy for 8TV's blog! He updates about 8TV programme shows regularly in tat blog specifically for 8TV fans! And the purpose? Same lik us, it's lik a passion and not a must-do-job for Abang Azwar to update the blog! =)

And here are the requirements for Showdown 2010 if you're interested to join! (I know you are!)

1. Crew of 5 - 7 members

2. No age limit ( under 18 will need parents permission )

3. 2 x 4R picture + 1 x photocopy IC

4. Own CD with 2 songs (at least 2 mins each) no mp3

**P/S: All you guys hav is a minute and a half to impress the judges! Our advice? Do choose your music & choreograhy steps wisely! And pls pls pls, do brin a CD that contains 2 of your choosen songs only! Coz this will help to quicken the registration process seriously! =)
And failing to produce own CD's will result in crews performin to our music!

Hey heyverybody! I'm back with more information about Showdown 2010! So, pay attention if you guys are interested to join! =)

Rockin body reality show of the year!

Here are the details of the location you need to be if you're interested to show ur moves and shake your body! ;D

Third location:
Kota Kinabalu – 8th Flr, Hotel Imperial International
East Zone Audition- 23 /1/10 Saturday
*Qualified crews will battle in KL

Fifth location:

During the auditions, the dance crews will break into their own brand style routines to impress the judges. Each crew comprises between five to seven members. Successful crews who made it through the auditions will have to go through the ‘Battle’ stage, which will take place the very next day. During this stage, the crews will be involved in a one-on-one battle and the winning crew will proceed to the next stage in KL. Auditions are open to crews of all ages. Underage contestants are required to obtain parental consent.

At the end of the auditions, the top 14 crews will battle it out in the “Show Off” episode to gain a spot in the Top 12. This will be followed by the “Dance Off” round where in each week four crews with the lowest votes will pit against each other to advance to the the next round. The final four crews will make it to the “Final Showdown” where they will “krump”, “lock” and “break dance” their ways into winning viewers’ and judges’ votes to become the ultimate dance crew.Showdown 2010 will be hosted by Hafiz, famously known for his role as one of the deejays on Fly.fm!

It's time to show us your move this year!

Happy 2010 New Year everyone! How did you guys celebrate it? Did anyone join 8TV Quickie team at The Curve? Sorry for the late updates! As usual, we hav been super busy with our own studies and we're gonna sit for exam in two weeks time from now, so, do wish us luck coz we NEED it badly! Coz once we pass our exams wif flyin colours, we're gonna fly to UK to cont' our studies! ;D

Anyways, I'm here today to intro Showdown 2010 to you guys! =) As everyone ad know, Showdown 2010 is the latest reality dance battle programme which will be making its TV debut on March 31, 2010. It's somethin lik past seasons of "So You Think You Can Dance" but believe me, it's gonna get hotter and much more different this season! ;)
Why? Because the hip and fun show is all about taking dancing from the streets. Yup, at the STREET!!! FYI, street dance is a flexible form of dance that enables each crew to freestyle according to their own pace. Like any other dance genre, street dance is vastly considered as a form of art. “Krumping”, “Poppin’ & Lockin”, “Break Dancing” and more will be the core elements of Showdown 2010!

The hottest reality dance battle!

With Showdown 2010 the producers aim to bring forth the idea that street dancing deserves more respect and attention from the public. Another unique feature of Showdown 2010 is that viewers will get to experience behind-the-scenes footages where the real action begins! From coming up with original dance routines to performing in front of a live audience, Showdown 2010 will provide enough drama and exciting twists that will get the viewers hooked every week. Besides that, electrifying hip-hop and fusion dance styles along with professional training and off-the-edge challenges will also be thrown into the mix to make Showdown 2010 a TV hit! *excited*

Psst! We have confident that you guys out there will find the show interesting as the “underdogs” and the “hot faves” have an equal shot at winning the show. ;D Like all reality shows, Showdown 2010 kicks off with a series of auditions which will take place at five venues in Johor Bahru, Penang, Sabah, Sarawak and Kuala Lumpur starting January 2010.

八度空间主持人为新节目玩制服诱惑！？八度空间即将在2010年为观众带来一个全新的自制电视节目 – 《大城晓事》。这个由吴家润和郑瑞钥携手主持的新节目即将在1月2日起，每逢星期六傍晚6点为观众现场直播的节目。节目主要是以轻松的方式，深入浅出的与观众分享一周内发生的大小事件，并让观众有机会发表言论，表达自己对国内外事件的意见和想法。

有鉴于国内观众对于时事的关注日益增长，无论是体坛、政治、商业、娱乐或教育，都成为了大家饭后的闲聊话题，所以两位主持人在节目中分享的主要内容也会围绕在这些课题上。为了让观众更了解节目的性质，两位主持人吴家润和郑瑞钥在拍摄宣传短片时，分别化身成为运动员、俏护士、企业家、悍老师、狗仔队和女明星，用生动的手法呈现出节目中将可能会出现的模拟内容。

Twisties Bingit #3 at Johor!

Well, last week, I was lucky to hav this opportunity to follow the Special Projects Team to go to Twisties Bingit Gig #3 at Johor Bahru! It was honestly, tiring but most importantly, I enjoyed myself every single moment of it! I was happy to meet those contestants that I convinced them at Johor last few months back to join this competition and oh boy, they are still goin' strong coz all of them are super talented! I'm glad to see all of them and meet some new contestants from other states too! =)

#3 gig was held at C.T Cafe, City Plaza, JB

The gig lasted about 6 hours of jamming and lots of people shows up at there, which is actually a good news! Even those contestants who were eliminated out during the audition came back and support us too! That's nice and I'm happy to tell u that some of them do felt happy when I can recognise them! =)

Twisties Bingit Gigs

Sorry peeps for the late post! Just got this latest poster from one of our senior! Well, bout Twisties Bingit, we've ad done 1st and 2nd gigs at Curve, KL and at New World Park, Penang which none of us can join them for this super fun gigs! ='( But no worries, I'll be joinin them 2mr and Saturday for the nex stop at City Plaza, J.B! I'm comin again to Johor! Woo hoo~

PESAWAT

"Formed in 2005, PESAWAT consists of Nizam Camel, Mann, Kudux and Jipie. Their music, which comes both in Malay and English, crafted with the influenced of Brit rock and a mixture of their own. 'PESAWAT' which means aircraft, described their music as fast and loud. Their music sounds distinctive from the rest injected with energy, progressive and catchy tunes."

The Search for the Next 8TV Quickie Faces…

Are you quirky and fun? Do you enjoy watching the 8TV Quickie? Do you have what it takes to become a TV personality? Ever dreamt of hosting the 8TV Quickie? If you do, then you are what we are looking for!
The 8TV Quickie - a 15-minute talk show that provides you with the latest entertainment news and juicy gossips are now in search of new talents and faces to host its daily shows through its mini reality show called the 8TV Quickie Search.
The search will begin with the hunt for talents in the following audition locations:

From these auditions, only 6 finalists will be chosen making them the Top 6 (3 male & 3 female). The Top 6 will then go through a series of trainings and challenges that will end with the final winners of the search and the new faces for the 8TV Quickie.
The Top 6 will undergo trainings for skills to better equip them for the challenges including PR skills, communication skills and also grooming skills.

After the trainings, it is time to put these future hosts to a test with a series of challenges and tasks that will run for 6 weeks. These include co-hosting the 8TV Quickie and reporting at an actual on-ground event are among the challenges.
The final winners of the search will be announced on 8TV’s 6th Anniversary on 8th of January 2010.

The winners will be determined based on 50% judges’ votes and 50% online and SMS votes.
So, do not miss out on this opportunity and head down to the nearest audition locations! You might just be the next big host!

Well, first of all, we wanna say congrats cause she is now married to Mr. Damn Mutt. We can see that they are a very happy couple and also a couple who love photography. :) Seriously, we are really happy for her and we hope that we get to see her soon. But we know that she's no longer working for 8TV. :( She's going to further her studies together with her husband! That's so sweet, isn't it?

I still remember when we first had our internship in 8TV, we nearly thought that she's Chinese. Haha, but actually she's not. Purely Malay. She's very nice and sweet. We often see Kak Nnn, Nurul and Lulu together. They are active and we do not feel the age gap when we were with them. The only thing that we feel bad is we did not managed to attend her wedding! :( We would like to take a photo together with her tho. Lulu, you are always in our heart! :) We love you! We wish you all the best, good luck and have a happy life with your husband!

8TV Chinese Carnival @ 2009

Hello everybody! We are back again! We are so glad that during our sem break, 8tv actually called us to work! Feeling great because we do not have to do nothing in our house! :p It was quite tiring but we just love it! Don't we just love the working environment in 8tv? Hah!

Anyway, did anyone of you came to Berjaya Times Square today? OMG! We were giving out a lot of FREE GIFTS!! And I do mean A LOT! First of all, I think we need to say thank you to all of you that came and support us! I tell you what, the FREE GIFTS are so good and so many until we really feel like being an audience and line up to play games! You get to play and you get free gifts as well.

Oh ya, we are going to prepare for tomorrow's work too! It's the finals of "I Wanna Be A Model 3". You can watch it live in 8TV at 8.30p.m. If you have Astro, you can watch it at channel 708. :) Don't forget to vote for them! And if you wanna follow their news 24/7, do be their fans in Facebook!
