Well, before i start giving up tips on how to get in here, ask yourself few question before you hand in your resume in.

1. what you think you can help out in 8TV?
2. can do other thing even beyond your job scope?
3. able to stand over time and busy during event?
4. refer to princess and prince, 8TV interns need peoples that able to do set up which mean you can do heavy duty and pro enough to do translation and press release?
5. people work 9am to 6pm, u might need to work late abit and if there live show, weekend you must be able to work. will it be tough for you to handle?

haha, there are just little matter, about allowances you should only ask when u get our interview. ok

The Shout Award finally here and present to Malaysian soon!!!

ShouT AwarD was born

The talent in Malaysia seem to be covered up and they are lack of national publicity to push our very talented artists, actor, radio and TV faces. The SHOUT AWARD is Malaysia 8TV created Award ceremony as a platform for Malaysian fans to voice up thier definition of new cool and the most deserving person to received the recognition from The SHOUT AWARD.

On 15th April 2009, Wednesday 8TV had organized the SHOUT AWARD press conference (PC) at Coco Banana, Sunway Pyramid started at 3pm, the media registration are well prepared with person in charge as well as the releases and rundown to be distributed to fellows media, not to forget, 8TV had prepared some token of appreciation which is the 8TV merchandise. Above there, they are the PR team include me, the intern for Urban PR, kak Lulu, kak Nurul and the Manager Kak Nnn, actually beside us we still got Sook Yee and Set Yee the Chinese PR as well the person who taking the camera, Ms Michelle C.L.M the intern for Chinese PR. Dear media came one by one, group by group entering to the venue and awaiting for the start. as i remember , quite some food was served.

Shows starts and our own host Ms Belinda had been invited to host the PC and this pretty women had made the crowd enjoy the PC and lot lots of question had been asked by public before the VIP are invited for an short interview.

At my left is our very yeng CEO, Encik Ahmad Izham Omar who giving his speech regarding the SHOUT AWARD and there are play back on the logo of the Awards. time and date were announced on spot where the buzz Ing SHOUT AWARD will be held on 18th July 2009 at Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil and for those who far apart and unable to attend , is ok because dear viewer are able to have teh exciting moment with us by stay tune with 8TV 9.00pm LIVE broadcast.

Brand New 8 E-News Layout!

OIAM Top 4 Live Show

Well, many things happen today at the same time; which is OIAM Top 4 live show, Mint magazine launch party, Andrew's birthday and also Ida's last day as an intern over here... So, I guess I should start wif the one that I din get to go, while other interns (Alvin, May and Angeline) get to go, the Mint Launch Party which happened at Upstairs @ The Loft, Asian Heritage Row... This party is actually bout the launchin of the new magazine named Mint. Admission is by invitation oni... And there will be selected people and local Chinese celebrities over there... According to the invitation card, this party was hosted by Gan Mei Yan and also Royce; special performance by Daniel Lee and also Andrew Tan... I guess they muz be havin really lotz of fun over there now... *sigh*

Anyways, I should move on to the events that I go and it's workin time! Once reached at Sri Pentas 2, waste no time, I went n set up all the buntings while my supervisor, Adam set ups the big background of OIAM... We done everythin quite fast and I even got time to sneaked into the live studio where I get to see Nine, Esther and Aweera practising their vocal wif the band... And there is tis boi (the pianist band's son) keep lookin and smilin at me... then I decided to kacau him la since he's so cute... Called him to sit wif me since he sat in front of me wif his mom n elder bro... And surprisingly, he did came over and sit wif me! =D Hehe~ Do I sound lik gold fish gurl?! ;? But at least I get to noe his name, he's Bryan! And yeah, I got another new fren ad coz he shook my hand... =p

And all of the sudden, once all the finalists were done wif the practising, whole studio became bright and Birthday songs were sang by crews to Andrew who are standin on the main stage... He was surprised and shocked at the same time... Lucky him coz his bday got 2 cakes! ^^ Even the finalists from backstage came out and wish him too... So nice of them... Ann of coz the cakes were divided equally among one another so that every single person get to eat the cakes... And tat includes me too... =p

Then I went over to join Faten, Emi, Farah, Khairol and Ida to the cafeteria outside... It's then oni I noe that today is actually Ida's last day as an intern in 8TV... She's a student from UiTM... And Ida, I juz wanna said that although we may not know each other tat well, I hope you all the best and good luck in your future undertakings ya! Take care! ;D And after a while, I accidentally ter'saw' seniors cryin becoz Ida is leaving them... I guess they hav very deep friendships among them... Hmm, dunno nex time when we last day, I will flood the whole 8TV office o not... =p

After lettin all the publics to enter the studio, I found a purse layin on the a table juz the entrance outside the studio... Lucky her, everythin is still inside... And at the end, after making announcement, the purse return it back to the rightful owner... =)

Today's theme is 'Live Consert'... Once the live show start... the tense began to rise as we are still curious of who will be voted out... And to our surprise, Amylea was voted out by the public... Accordin to Amylea, she was kinda dissapointed to be kicked out, not because she's better than others contestants but she was expecting to perform today coz she had put in a lot of efforts in it (in sense of props, settings, her attire, theme, songs selection, lightin and many more). Beside, today was the first time all her whole family and relatives came and supported her.

Mac and April '09 Town Hall Gathering

Today, 16th is the exact date that we're goin to leave 8tv nex month! Gosh, time passes so fast! Gonna miss each and everyone in here! =( *slap* Okey, less crap n more info updates!!!

Today, to our surprise, is actually 8TV Mac and April '09 Town Hall Gathering! What it's all 'bout?! Well, we actually dunno oso at first la coz tis is actually our first time... But afta a long explaination from my dearie senior, Tracy, we knew it la, juz few hours before the gathering start... Well, this town hall gatherin is where all staff of 8TV gather up together (I really mean all!), update each and everyone on what each department did and achieved, welcome speech from Mr.CEO, celebrated the staffs' birthday that falls in that two months, introduce new colleagues and interns that juz came in recently (which is us!) and juz a get-together party (which simply means there are goin to be lotz foods!)... =p So, we basically eat lesser durin our break time bcoz the gatherin start around 4pm...

Hehe!) =p Not only us enjoyed ourselves from answerin all these weird ques but also the audiences tat actually paid fully 100% attention to wat v spoke!

Right afta all the intro, we went on to celeb our Mac and April babies bday... Where the mc of the day, Sam (my mummy) announced all the name and they are required to come forward to blow the candles... (I heard they oni order cakes from Secret Recipe!) =p Lucky us, the cake is Secret Indulgence and also Moist Choc Cake! Yummy~ =p
